We were asked for a simple, low-maintenance house, with space for friends and books. The house is located on the edge of a ravine, taking advantage of the views and the sun. On the outside it is an austere black box, from which the volumes of the terraces are subtracted, proposing a warm wooden interior. Inside, the axial composition is broken down into the library and the covered terrace. The hallway ends in the staircase to the loft, a secondary space that gained importance during construction and gradually became one of the most cared-for spaces in the house. However, the most important room is the living-dining room, whose double height allows the delicate hanging lamps to be the protagonists.
