Haus V is presented as a variation of Haus IV. Through strategic, but slight, changes in the internal distribution of the second floor, it was possible to generate better achieved enclosures - particularly in the intimate area. With this, the access terrace is transformed into a more protected and sheltered space. The volume of the covered parking is extended, generating an independent home office, whose importance is undeniable in a world in which teleworking has definitively established itself. The contrast between industrial (metals, polished concrete) and traditional (native wood) materials is maintained, but the colors are toned down, resulting in a more serene image. Taking care of these differences generates a sense of familiarity between the two houses, giving each one its own personality.
