On a site with a lateral slope, a stone base was placed, which is revealed little by little, to generate a platform that receives the house. The internal program is distributed in well-defined areas. A service bar (sluice, bathrooms, loggia, cellar) turns its back to the neighboring road and protects the interior of the parking lot. The bedrooms are developed in two wings that embrace the social heart of the house (living room, dining room, kitchen) and protect the large terrace open to the northern light and the Patagonian landscape.
